Controller. Display. Pedal sensor. Throttle. Brake cutoffs. Wiring. Torque arms. Learn what each part does, how kit types differ, and what may be sold separately.
Our planned listings will identify supported combinations—not promise that a component fits every e-bike. Motor, controller, display, battery, and controls must be assessed together.
Category examples — exact OakSpark models are still to be confirmed.
Torque arms
Transfer hub-motor axle reaction torque into a suitable frame or fork mounting point.
Axle hardware & spacers
Nuts, washers, and spacers must match the axle and installation drawing.
Controller mounts & bags
Compare dimensions, secure attachment, cable routing, and cooling instructions.
Mid-drive fitting tools
Model-specific lockring tools and crank-removal tools may be needed for installation.
Fit first. Every time.
Before you plan a conversion.
01 / Bicycle fit
Start with the bicycle.
Identify the frame, fork, wheel size, dropout dimensions, drivetrain, and brakes. Ask a qualified bicycle technician whether your bicycle is suitable for conversion.
02 / Electrical fit
Check the complete system.
Confirm exact model compatibility, operating voltage, current ratings, connectors, and communication protocols. Do not select electrical parts by appearance alone.
03 / Intended use
Verify before riding.
Confirm applicable rules for your location and intended use, installation instructions, and product safety documentation. Wattage alone does not establish road legality.
A few useful answers.
Can I order these products now?
No. These are planned categories, not available inventory. Confirmed product pages and purchasing information will be added only when the products are ready.
Are you selling complete e-bikes?
This section is for conversion components. Complete bicycles remain a separate, longer-term program. See the bicycle roadmap.
Will these parts fit my existing e-bike?
Compatibility is not yet confirmed. Future listings will need exact model and fit details. A matching connector or voltage alone is not enough.
When will photos, prices, and specifications be available?
After supplier confirmation and product documentation review. The image above is a concept illustration; it is not a product listing or a promise of specific models.
